The IT services industry has gone through a lot of changes, evolutions, and even revolutions over the past 15 years or so. It's an industry that sees a lot of M&A activity. In fact, some of our own team members have been on both sides of that fence. Many of our clients have gone through a merger or acquisition as well. In these circumstances it can be easy for people to begin feeling like "just a number." We started with a goal of keeping people first, and prioritizing relationships and deep knowledge of our clients' IT support needs. It's our aim to become "part of the team" with every organization that we work with. If we're doing our job right, your team should feel as comfortable interacting with ours as they would if we were internal resources.
